Be Humble

My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, Paul talked about relationships among the members of the Church of Rome. He cautioned members not to esteem themselves better, higher, or more important than anyone else. Paul uses an analogy of the human body to explain that every person has a vital role within the church, and how each part of the body has equal importance. He tells the members of the Church at Rome to remain humble and put others before themselves. This is good advice today. Do not get caught up with your accomplishments; it can blind you to the gifts that others have to offer. Arrogance and pride is poison. Remember Jesus's ministry, although He was God, He came to earth to serve.
