Being Served

My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, it is good that you are serving others. As Christians we are called to do this. Did you know that you are called to be served? Yes, you are. As mentioned by The Apostle Paul to the church in Philippi, you have to have others serve you. In doing, you give others a chance to show the love that God has for them, and experience the joy of giving. In humility, we can allow God to gently care for us by a variety of means when we need help. I know several occasions I had to rely on others to met our family needs. An Example, I lost my job and unemployment benefits ran out. another time was during the events in our daughter's life. Without the help (emotional, spiritual, and giving) from others we would not have made it through these crisis. God does use people to provide for His children.
