Listening to God
My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, God speaks to us every day, when we are restlessness, lonely, in our deepest sorrow, and in the incompleteness and dissatisfaction of our greatest joys. The problem is that we do not hear, because of stimulations around us. Like hearing aids, we have to adjust our hearing so that we only hear God. There are multiple ways God can communicate with you. However, the best way to commune with God is through His Word and prayer. Despite the voices around me, in my daily life, when I quiet my soul and listen, I hear God’s “still small voice” (1 Kings 19:11–12NKJV). You can, too.
