The Via Dolorosa toThe Cross

My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, All that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. The Hebrew nation in the past practice animal sacrifices and offerings to remind them of their sins. Their sins were still upon them. Therefore, this did not allow the people to be in the presence of God. Romans 10 points out that God no longer desired or was pleased with animal sacrifices and offerings. God showed us how much He loved us by giving His Son to be the “sacrifice of atonement, through the shedding of his blood" (Romans 3:25). We made holy when we trust in Him for the forgiveness of our sins.
