I Am God's Creation, You Love Me Unceasingly.

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries. Today's devotion is titled "Called by Name" The scripture is from John 20:11–18 with key verse being "Jesus said to her, 'Mary.' She turned toward him and cried out in Aramaic, 'Rabboni!'" John 20:16. Amy Boucher Pye wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words. He is the sole source of my writing. All the credit goes to God, not to me. I am only his humble servant. Death, desertion, and feeling unloved and lonely are very strong feelings. In my life I experienced all these feelings. I was sent to live with my grandmother at an early age. In my junior year in high school, she died. In my latest, marriage my daughter attempted suicide. I became depressed and wanted to commit suicide. My sister gave me a verse from Psalm 35:9 "...my soul will rejoice in the Lord." I did seek professional help. The God who created the cosmos also made me, and He calls me by name. God knows all of us, and He loves us. I know that it is easy to say but harder to believe sometimes, especially when we feel crippled by grief, and feel completely alone.
