You Have Fears or Doubts, Call On God

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “Terrible and Beautiful Things” The scripture is from Psalm 57 with the key verse, “Awake, my soul! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn”. Psalm 57: 8. Monica Brands wrote this devotion. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He lead me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. I relate to David concerning his fears. I had the same fears that people are out to get me, being rejected, or failing. When I was taking online courses for my master's degree, I felt the walls closing in on me. I turned to The Lord and shared my concerns with Him. I asked my Facebook friends to pray for me. I heard God's soft calming voice assuring and leading me through the "crisis."

Healer and Redeemer, thank You for holding us and healing us with Your endless love. Help us find in Your love the courage to follow You and share Your love with those around us.
