Stay Tough

I start every morning with coffee and God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread Ministries, https://odb.org. Today’s devotion is titled “A Light in the Darkness” The scripture is from Ecclesiastes 4:9–12 with the key verse, " In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world" John 16:33. Linda Washington wrote this devotion. My brothers, and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I pray first to God to guide my words, so that it may serve as spiritual food and guidance. I want God to be the sole source of my writing, so all the credit goes to Him, not to me. I am only his humble servant. I thank God that He led me to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as a base for comments. As a Christian, I do not have to tell you how difficult it is to bring people into the light by sharing The Gospel. I try to promote the love of Christ and the Gospel on Newsmax's chat board. I have been call names, cussed out and had some of my comments taken down. Their reason is my comments are inappropriate, but the people who make comments call others names, write totally inappropriate comments, and misquote God's word and the law of church and state. It is fine with me, I and will continue to write about God's love for them.. I look forward to their comments. I might even copy some to my Facebook. These kind of people really exist. They need a lot of prayer. Reflect: What trouble have you experienced as a believer in Christ or witnessed others experiencing? What is your first reaction during hard times? Prayer: Heavenly Father, please protect Your children who are experiencing persecution..

May God bless you and protect you when your experiencing persecution.
