I start every morning with coffee with God through daily devotions from Our Daily Bread. Today’s devotion is titled “A World of Provision.” Patricia Raybon wrote this devotion. The scripture reading is from Psalm 104:10–18, Psalm 104:24–26 with the key verse, “There is the sea, vast and spacious, teeming with creatures beyond number.”, Psalm 104:25. My beloved brothers and sisters in Christ, all that I write, I first pray to God to guide my words so that it will serve as spiritual food and guidance. I Desire God to be my sole source of wiring. All the credit goes to God, not me. I am his humble servant. I thank God that He led to use Our Daily Bread Ministries as my inspiration for comments.
Before I knew Christ, I never thought that all we had and benefitted from came from God. I was wrong.
When I became a Christian, I realized that everything on this planet came from God. There is nothing created by man that God did not provide. I know that I can count on Him to provide all my physical and spiritual needs.
Reflect:
In what ways does God provide for you through His creation? How can you thank Him for that today?
Prayer:
We are grateful, God, for Your presence and Your promises. May we live out an attitude of confidence in You and Your ability to sustain us.
May God bless you and live out an attitude of confidence in God and His ability to sustain you.
